Special note regarding Resort amenities effective July 1, 2007:
Our Sundial Beach condominium offers private condo rental with condo association amenities of 4 pools onsite, gas BBQ grills, wireless internet, shuffleboard; all these amenities are available to all at any time at no charge. The Sundial Resort Package adds one more pool with waterslide and poolside bar and grill, tennis courts (fee for play), fitness center (fee), Jacuzzi, onsite restaurant and children's activities (fee for some). Resort package can be purchased for $25 per day/adult with a 3 day minimum. No charge for children under 16 but they must be accompanied by an adult to Resort activities or restaurants.
Open weeks within the next month will be discounted. Less than weekly rentals & flexible arrival & departure dates also possible for any upcoming open dates.
Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy:
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater), plus booking fee, payable by credit card or check. Balance is due by check 4 weeks prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more, or for our Sanibel home). Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the island).
Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates/rates.
Optional cancellation / trip insurance is available through our rental agency on Sanibel.
